The Laboratory Director, reporting to the president and CEO, is a key member of the leadership team and relied upon as the hands on operations director of our busy laboratory.  This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded operations and work-flow master.  You will have the opportunity to lead and direct the day-to-day functions of the lab, coach and mentor others through times of exciting growth and expansion, provide technical guidance and advise clients as needed.  You will be responsible for the test development, quality assurance and control, regulatory and decisions regarding new testing and equipment.  We perform complex clinical and forensic toxicology testing and will look to you, the Laboratory Director, to help lead the way. 

Holding a Ph.D. in a related field, the successful Laboratory Director will have at least 5 years of leadership experience, new assay development and LC/MS/MS experience.  A current Responsible Person or Alternative Responsible Person is ideal.  Six Sigma or Lean experience is a plus.
